Aim Consultants LLC retains creative ownership for use in our portfolio, website & social media channels, unless exclusive rights are agreed upon in advance. This can be customized in the custom plan subscription option. 

Yes. Monthly plans can be canceled or changed any time before the next billing cycle. Quarterly plans are non-refundable, but allow you to lock in the 15% discount.

We understand that having access to source files (e.g., 3D scene files, texture maps, lighting setups) can be valuable for your own in-house workflow. Here’s our policy:

  • By default, all subscription plans grant you full commercial usage rights to the final deliverables only.
  • Source files (such as .blend, .max, .skp, texture atlases, or light rigs) are not included as part of the standard subscription.
  • If you require source files, we can provide them under a separate agreement for a one-time fee. This fee covers licensing considerations and the time needed to organize and package the project assets.
  • For Custom Plan clients, source-file delivery can be built into your package at no extra charge—just let us know when we scope your project.

To request source files, please mention this during your project kickoff or email your account manager directly. We’ll send you a quote and delivery ETA.

  • Core Render Plan: Ideal for basic needs. Includes a few static views monthly and access to our furniture library. Custom furniture pieces are $20 each.

All plans include phone and email support Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST. Design Boost and Visionary Plans also include a dedicated account manager for personalized assistance.

  • Core Plan: 1 revision per image

    Additional revisions can be added for a fee. This fee will be decided by the dedicated account manager and it will be decided based on the complexity of the changes required in terms of materials and furniture. This fee will not exceed $100 per additional revision per image.
