For the Orduna Residence Kitchen, our mission was to translate our client’s vision into a space that felt both luxurious and lived-in, through the combined power of technical precision and immersive visualization.

The project began with detailed 2D drafting, where every line and measurement was drawn to optimize workflow, maximize natural light, and ensure a cohesive visual rhythm throughout the kitchen. From cabinetry layout to appliance placement, we worked closely with the homeowner and design team to ensure that each element served both a functional purpose and an aesthetic one.

To truly bring the space to life, we delivered a 360° panorama tour—a powerful tool that allowed the client to virtually “walk through” their future kitchen in full photorealistic clarity. This immersive experience helped them explore various angles, view material options in real-time lighting, and get a feel for how the space would flow in daily life. It also allowed for quicker approvals and fewer revisions, saving both time and budget in the process.

The kitchen itself features a clean, transitional style—marrying contemporary finishes with subtle classic elements. Neutral tones, high-quality surfaces, and a warm lighting scheme create a welcoming ambiance ideal for family gatherings, entertaining, or quiet evenings at home. The island, strategically positioned, serves as both a functional workspace and a social hub, while the surrounding layout ensures seamless movement between cooking, prepping, and dining zones.
