The Zappala Residence bathroom is more than a space—it’s a visual composition of light, shadow, and form. In this Manhattan apartment, our team at AIM Consultants LLC was tasked with rendering a bathroom that balances intimacy with architectural drama. The result is a refined, gallery-like atmosphere where every surface tells a story.

Walls wrapped in warm-toned stone create a grounded elegance, while soft lighting glides across clean edges and sculptural details. The freestanding tub, placed with intention beneath diffuse natural light, becomes a quiet anchor in the space. Floating vanities and seamless finishes blur the boundaries between function and form, lending the bathroom a bespoke, near-spiritual quality.

This isn’t simply about luxury—it’s about restraint, rhythm, and mood. Through static renderings, we captured the interplay of materials and light in a way that feels cinematic. Every render is a study in contrast: weight and air, matte and gloss, geometry and fluidity.
